Bre Tiesi is currently facing a lawsuit from three of her former employees – Lucy Poole, Amanda Bustard, and Kenneth Gomez – who have accused the reality star of subjecting them to continuous harassment and emotional distress. The lawsuit, filed in a Los Angeles court, claims that the employees were harassed, discriminated against, and retaliated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and sexual orientation.

Lucy Poole, who worked as a nanny for Tiesi’s son, Legendary, alleges that she was called offensive names such as a “short bus riding bitch,” a “dodo head,” and an “ADHD idiot.” Poole claims that Tiesi treated her in a vulgar and violent manner, making derogatory comments about her child and her LGBTQ identity.

Employee’s Claims

Amanda Bustard, who served as Tiesi’s social media manager, also alleges mistreatment by Tiesi. Bustard claims that Tiesi would scream at employees, threaten them with physical violence, and use offensive language towards them. Additionally, Bustard states that Tiesi made derogatory comments referring to her employees as offensive terms.

Kenneth Gomez, another former employee of Tiesi, claims that he faced discriminatory and demeaning comments about his LGBTQ identity. Gomez alleges that Tiesi refused to pay him and unlawfully terminated his employment after he complained about not receiving his wages. The plaintiffs are seeking over $4,250,000 each in damages and have requested a trial by jury.

The allegations against Bre Tiesi paint a disturbing picture of a toxic work environment where employees were allegedly subjected to harassment, discrimination, and emotional distress. It is crucial for employers to treat their employees with respect and dignity, and any form of harassment or discrimination should not be tolerated in any workplace. The outcome of the lawsuit will shed light on the truth behind these claims and will hopefully bring justice to the employees who have suffered as a result of Tiesi’s alleged misconduct.
